Jay has been a long time contributor to the Jeffco DeAngelis Foundation prior to his appointment to our Board of Directors. In addition to his role as both the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Tech Systems, Inc. He believes in giving back to his community, having previously served on the Pikes Peak Hospice Board of Directors as well as being a member of the City of Arvada Parks Advisory Committee.
Jay is a business-driven Operations and Financial Management Professional with an MBA from University of Colorado at Colorado Spring, BS in Business Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honor Society.)
Jay’s history of delivering outstanding returns improving operational performance in manufacturing, distribution and service organization environments to new and exciting levels of performance is a welcome addition to our team. He has deep finance background creating and implementing robust internal financial controls, transparency, and timely/accurate financial reporting processes. Jay also has proven record of accomplishment executing operational strategies that have reduced costs and optimized organizations. Jay has been recognized for his outstanding record of achievement in employing new business concepts, delivering innovative solutions, and facilitating operational transitions. We welcome his passion to teach, train, and mentor others, knowing his experience will greatly support our mission of school and community safety.
