PLEASE DO A WALK AROUND THE BUILDING TO MAKE SURE IT IS SECURE BEFORE LEAVING.
NO SIMUNITION ARE PERMITTED AT ALLENDALE!

In order to keep our facility clean and in good working order, we ask that you follow the following rules:
1. Please do a pre-check of the facility before using it. Please mark down any damage or dirty rooms in the facility on the provided check in/out form by the front door.
2. Please make sure all exterior doors are closed before you leave.
3. Please throw away your trash.
4. Furniture and chairs are NOT allowed to be rearranged or removed from the rooms.
5. Call Dispatch 303-982-8688 before you leave so they can alarm the building.
6. If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact dispatch 303 982-8688.
7. If you are going to be late, please call Dispatch 303-982-8688
8. I understand that if my organization does not show up on our reserved date, my organization will not be permitted to utilize the facility in the future due to the operating costs incurred.
