We’re excited to be offering Women’s Awareness, Defense, and Empowerment training in collaboration with certified trainers from the Arvada Police Department. There is no charge to attend this training. Donations are appreciated and will be used to provide more trainings.
This training is for all women, including students 14 through 18 years of age (parent or guardian must also register and attend.)
This self-defense course is a basic awareness and defensive tactics course designed to assist women to manage and cope with issues and situations you CAN control. Participants will explore issues and management techniques surrounding both professional and personal harassment and prevention methods to avoid a criminal sexual assault.
