Alan Stephens has been with the Arvada Police Department for almost 23 years . He is currently the arrest control lead instructor/instructor trainer, and holds certifications in HFRG, Gracie, Survival Tactics, and ASP. Outside of work, Alan practices mixed martial arts with a specialization in grappling and focuses on Brazilian jujitsu.
