We’re excited to announce that the 2023 Community Safety Champion Award nomination form is now open! We are so excited to read about individuals you LOVE for making a difference! Tell us about the individual who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to community safety.
Last year, we announced our inaugural Community Safety Champion Award! You can read more about that and last year’s winner HERE!
Now it’s your turn to tell us about an individual who has made a tremendous contribution to school or community safety! Who do you know who has made a difference? Following is a list of potential nominees, but certainly not all inclusive! ***Remember that we serve people everyone, NOT just Jeffco. Nominees can be from anywhere in Colorado!

We know there are many deserving individuals in our community and we can’t wait to read your nominations! We invite you to share this with everyone you know so these individuals can be properly acknowledged and thanked for their work by the Jeffco DeAngelis Foundation!
Because we LOVE safety, nominations will close on Valentine’s Day (February 14th, 2024 at 5 pm Mountain Time.) You may nominate more than one individual.
